Membership
Application
"Designated" REALTORS® must complete Sections I, II, and
III. All other REALTOR® applicants must complete Sections I and
III. Section IV is optional for all applicants.
Real Estate License
A copy of the applicant's Maryland Real Estate License or Maryland
Appraisers License/Certificate must be included with application.
Membership Dues
A broker's check for membership must accompany all applications for
membership. Be sure that the $100 application fee for new REALTORS®
or REALTORS® who are transferring from another Board/Association
is included.
Other Fees
New offices must pay a $250.00 application fee. If your company
is changing Brokers or Designated REALTORS® there is a $100.00 fee.
If your company is under going a name change a $100.00 fee is to be
paid.
Dues are prorated according to the following schedule
(applicants pay dues according to the month in which they make application):
